Learn how to customize your paywall receipt on Maestro.
When a user purchases a ticket or subscription by creating a Paywall on your site, they'll receive a receipt confirming their purchase.
You can customize the receipt to:
- Showcase your company name and logo
- Add "Access Instructions" help text (Note: 200 character limit; This is helpful for providing concise directions to your viewers on how they will access the stream)
- Add a support email (which is required in order to enable your paywall) so your viewers can contact you in case of any difficulties
- Add an external link for additional information or marketing purposes
Customize your Paywall Receipt:
- Using the admin tool bar in the left hand side of your screen, click the wrench
icon to open "Advanced Settings".
- Then, click the receipt icon
to open the Receipt tab.
- Add a Customer Name (your organization name).
- Add a logo.
- Add Access Instructions: specific instructions for access to your events or site. E.g. 'You don't need an access code, just log back into the site to view the concert/event when it starts'. This is limited to 200 characters.
- Add Support Contact information - a support email is required to use gates and will appear on the receipt sent to viewers who purchase a ticket, bundle or subscription.
- Add a Support Link - If you run your own Support Center or Knowledge Base, add the link here.
- Click "Save".
